Do you ship outside Canada?
No. FIOFIO currently ships across Canada only.

Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to make a return, subject to the applicable conditions.

Is online payment available?
Yes. You can pay for your order in full, or, when this option is offered, place a 20% deposit at checkout and pay the balance within 7 days. Online payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe according to their security measures. FIOFIO does not directly store your complete credit card information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you'd like to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page.
A change or cancellation may no longer be possible if the order has already been prepared or shipped.
How do I know if my order was confirmed?
After your order is placed, a confirmation is sent to you with information about your purchase.
If you don't receive the confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.
What should I do if my package is late or damaged?
Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and, if needed, any information or photos to help process your request.
Are the products exactly like the photos?
We do our best to accurately present products and their features. However, slight colour variations may appear depending on your screen or lighting conditions.
