You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

unworn
unwashed
undamaged
with its original tags
in its original condition
Return fees
Change of mind: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Defective, incorrect, or damaged-on-arrival item: FIOFIO covers the return and works with you to resolve the issue.
How to request a return
Contact us (see Contact) with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
This policy does not limit the rights granted under Québec's Consumer Protection Act, including cases where the law provides for cancellation of the transaction at the merchant's expense.
